Katja Morand
Katja Morand is festival director of the Swiss Youth Film Festival. She is also responsible for the programming of chinoworb (cinema in Worb), board member of Balimage and student of the specialized master theory and history of film at the University of Zurich. In her previous job she was, among others, at Look Now! Filmverleih, she was responsible for project coordination and communication at SWISS FILMS and also worked at Fantoche and the Solothurn Film Festival (Solothurner Filmtage).
Beat Scheidegger
Beat Scheidegger is co-president of the LGBTI-Filmfestival Queersicht, in Bern. He has also been jointly responsible for programming for ten years. His passion for films and film topics has accompanied him for a long time and he attended the basic film course at the School of Design in Bern and the screenwriting course at the EB Zurich. He made his first short film as part of his training at the School of Design.
Corina Schwingruber Ilić
Corina Schwingruber Ilić lives and works in Lucerne and Belgrade (Serbia). From 2004-06 she studied at the Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst Basel, from 2006-09 she studied design and art at the Hochschule Luzern, majoring in video. Since 2010, Schwingruber Ilić has been an independent filmmaker and editor, since 2012 a member of the Swiss Film Academy, a board member of the club Film Zentralschweiz, and a founding member of the Swiss Short Film Association ProShort.

Luststreifen Film Festival presents «Lust Awards» in recognition of outstanding achievements for filmmakers. The awards are designed by the artist Camilla Braunger and are made of lime wood.
Winner 2017
The winners of the "Audience Award 2017" were the directors Kate Trumbull-LaValle and Joanna Sokolowski of the production company Women Make Movies with Ovarian Psychos.
